“ From the start of our project with DSK we had a very fluid scope due to the construction phase of the proposed machine area. Legacy building remediation work created a moving target. The machine design concept had to be altered several times to fit it into the available location. Our expectations for DSK were very high as the machine was a custom build, doing a complex task in a sub-zero temperature, food environment. This was coupled to an extremely tight timeline and integration with multiple machinery suppliers. DSK were able to react to the changes and meet the requirements that we envisioned even when we added further delays.
A specific highlight was when the complex machine was brought to site and assembled into the room envelope to fit perfectly.
The DSK team worked well with our project leads to resolve integration problems with practical solutions. Some function's needed further fine tuning after startup, but due to the complexity of this project it was considered a success.
